Why does Moore Connect Solutions verify my Identity?

Security is of the utmost importance to Arise, Moore Connect Solutions, our clients, and the vendors that utilize the Arise platform. As business owners, we know you can appreciate the significant role security plays in today’s business environment. As a prerequisite to receiving any client contract offer, you are required to submit video identification and proof of physical address to Moore Connect Solutions. Additionally, Arise Virtual Solutions may require a background check and drug screening. Place take a selfie with your id.  Upload the selfie and a copy of your Id.

Submission Process:

    • Employee ID:
    • Email Address:
  2. Upload Your Documents:
    • Video Identification:
      • Accepted formats: MP4, MOV
      • Maximum file size: 40 MB
    • Proof of Physical Address:
      • Accepted formats: JPEG, PNG, PDF
      • Maximum file size: 10 M
  • Once you have submitted your documents successfully, you will see a confirmation page.
  • If you do not see the confirmation page, it means you did not submit all of your documents successfully.

Consequences of Falsifying Documents:

If it is determined that any document has been forged or does not belong to the individual presenting the document, the account is subject to immediate suspension or deactivation and removal from Moore Connect Solutions and Arise. Any monies that have been earned fraudulently are immediately forfeited.

Legal Penalties for Falsifying Documents:

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. Legal penalties may include:

  • Monetary fines
  • Incarceration in a prison facility for 5-10 years, or up to 20 years for federal offenses
  • Increased penalties for repeat offenses

  • Removability in immigration proceedings
