How do I switch to Moore Connect Solutions from another IBO?
If you want to change your IBO, you will need to contact your current IBO and ask to be released
Once you are released you can request to join Moore Connect Services. Login to your portal and simply click on the link that says Join an Arise-affiliated corporation. Now enter the Moore Connect Services. IBID 1157902
What are the costs to get started?
To get started, there are a few upfront costs that serve as your investment into launching your business:

Client Certification Courses: FREE!
Background Check: $30 (one-time fee paid to Arise)
Class Deposit: $50 (refundable after attending the first day of class)
These fees are paid directly to Arise, not to Moore Connect Solutions.
Once you're certified and ready to work, there’s a simple fee structure to keep everything running smoothly:
Moore Connect Solutions support fee: $20 per invoice
Arise platform fee: 5% per invoice
These fees help cover essential business expenses like platform access, software, direct deposit, and ongoing support.

What services will I provide as an Independent Contractor?
You have a variety of client programs to choose from when you partner with Moore Connect Services, such as sales, customer service, technical support, email support, and chat support.
Working from home with Moore Connect Services gives you the freedom to select your preferred client, create your own schedule, avoid commuting stress, and work comfortably in your pajamas!
Will I be compensated for the time spent in the Arise client certification course?
Arise does not compensate for the time spent in an Arise client certification course, as it believes the knowledge gained will contribute to the success of your business. As a self-employed individual, you are responsible for acquiring the specialized skills needed to provide appropriate services to the clients you choose
Beside the the Computer specs are the other requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must Reside in the United States
Must be a US Citizen or legal resident
Must have a dedicated phone line
Must have a quiet environment (no background noise)
Must be able to pass a voice assessment test and background check
Must be willing to take and pass a drug test when required
Must be willing to service a minimum of 15 hours per week
Must have a compatible computer with high speed hard wired Internet
How long does it take before I can start servicing Arise clients?
After completing the Arise admissions steps and requesting to join Moore Connect Solution, your next step is to enroll in the Arise client certification course of your choice. These courses typically take between two to six weeks, depending on the client you select. Upon completing and certifying with a client, you can begin providing service immediately.
Do I have to be a legal resident of the United States and age 18 or older
- To become an Arise Certified Professional, individuals must legally reside in the United States and be at least 18 years old if they will be servicing U.S.-based customers.

How Much Money Can I Make
As a self-employed individual, your revenue potential is entirely within your control. Arise clients offer hourly rates ranging from $9 to $16. You can view client opportunities on the Arise portal by clicking on the green Info button. This allows you to review details such as available service hours and the types of calls you will handle. Certain clients provide service opportunities 24/7. Pay rates for Arise clients will be disclosed before you enroll in their certification classes."
Are we responsible for our own taxes?
Moore Connect Solutions, you are a self-employed independent contractor and authorized user, responsible for your own tax obligations. You will receive a Form 1099-MISC at year-end if your earnings are $600 or more.
As an independent contractor, you are not an employee of Moore Connect Solutions or Arise Virtual Solutions. You are accountable for paying federal, state, and local taxes. You do not qualify for unemployment benefits, overtime pay, or other benefits, and you are responsible for your own retirement savings.
Can I use my laptop to service Arise clients?
Yes, you can use your laptop to service Arise clients, provided it meets the minimum computer requirements. However, be aware that wireless connections are not permitted at any time. Your laptop must be connected via a hard-wired, supported Internet connection. Additionally, wireless keyboards and mice are not supported.
